Our secret is the ingredients – and especially the things we deliberately leave out. We don't use artificial flavors, colorings, or ready-made ice cream powders in our cones. We rely on genuine craftsmanship, regional milk, and absolute transparency. In our display, you'll find handmade premium ice cream in beloved classic flavors and truly creative original creations like our Leibniz Butterkeks ice cream. We are an integral part of the neighborhood here and prefer to source our ingredients directly from the Hanover area.
